Scheduling Your Session

​

• Please contact us no less than 24 hours before your preferred shoot time. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• A real estate agent should be present at the shoot to provide access to the home and to discuss any special considerations, such as what should be included or excluded in your images.

• All of our shoots include images of the front exterior, back exterior and all major rooms. Small bathrooms, utility rooms and garages are not a shooting priority unless you let us know otherwise. If you have any special features in your home that are not obvious, please let us know so that we may include them in the shoot.

• Please let us know if your home contains valuable works of art. We can edit your images to make these items unrecognizable.

 

Preparing Your Home

 

Exterior

 

• Please remove all vehicles from driveways and avoid parking directly in front of your home during the scheduled shoot time.

• Please move all garbage and recycling cans out of sight so they cannot be seen from the street.

• Please remove all gardening tools, including hoses and sprinklers from lawns and yards.

• Please mow and rake the yard if possible.

• Please sweep all driveways, sidewalks and patios.

 

Interior

 

• Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in images

• Please clear off all kitchen and bathroom counter tops.

• Please remove any photos, notes and papers from the refrigerator.

• Please turn on all interior lights and turn off any ceiling fans and televisions.

• Please de-clutter any rooms which may be excessively furnished. From experience, rooms with too many items do not

• Please make all beds and tidy bedrooms. No clothing or personal items such as computers, notebooks, hairbrushes or purses/bags should be visible.

• Please remove any stacked newspapers and magazines.

• Please tuck all trash cans out of view in a closet or cupboard.

The Finished product

Once your images are shot, they will be edited and optimized for quality within 48 hours and delivered to you via e-mail. Please look for an e-mail with a link and instructions on downloading your photographs. A DVD with images is also available.

 

The Fine Print

       

• All home images produced may be used by the listing real estate agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with MLS rules.

• All images remain the property of RealtyLens and are licensed only to the listing real estate agent. No third party shall be a party to this license. Any usage of RealtyLens' images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, engineers, general contractors, stagers, or opposing parties in pending real estate transactions, is prohibited unless approved in writing by RealtyLens.
