RealtyLens offers all types of home photography services, from basic listing sessions to enhancement shootings. All sessions are arranged around your schedule (subject to availability) and a complete set of fully edited, ready-to-use photographs is delivered to you within 48 hours. Pricing is competitive and starts at $125 per session.

 

Small Home Shoot

 

For homes up to 1,500 square feet in size, this shoot offers top-level images at an affordable price. This shoot takes about 1.5 hours and includes up to 25 edited, ready-to-use home images.

 

Medium Home Shoot

 

For homes between 1,500 and 3,000 square feet in size, this shoot offers a variety of image options aimed at presenting your home from all angles. This shoot takes about 2.5 hours and includes 25-30 edited, ready-to-use home images.  

 

Large Home Shoot

 

For homes over 3,000 square feet in size, this shoot offers an opportunity to showcase everything your home has to offer, including architectural details, landscaping, and amenities. This shoot takes about 3.5 hours and includes 30-35 edited, ready-to-use home images.

 

 

A little something extra . . .

 

Twilight Sessions

 

Twilight sessions are shot between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset. These unique natural lighting conditions, known as the "Magic Hour," give a home a dramatic and elegant look. This shoot includes up to 5 edited, ready-to-use, and extraordinary home images.

 

Elevated Shots

 

This session offers a view of your home from the air. Cameras positioned from 12 to 20 feet above street level are able to capture your home and property in one shot. This shoot includes up to 5 edited, ready-to-use, elevated home images.
